Canon’s Diamond Snappers Up For Charity

Isn’t it sparkly? Meet the diamond encrusted IXUS 10 which will set you back a trifling £27,000.

This is the Super Diamond IXUS with 380 diamonds supplied by Antwerp-based Eddie Elzas. The camera forms part of Canon’s 10th anniversary celebrations for its IXUS range of digital snappers and this one will be sold on Ebay to raise cash for the Red Cross.

Nine others, referred to as ‘his’ and ‘hers’ models will also be up for grabs. Thankfully for us, they are aimed at the peasant end of the charity scale and, with far less diamonds, will only cost you around £2,400 each. Bargain, or what? – Martin Lynch
